Kaih was wonderful. I had had a few therapists after our favorite one had left however, I was not satisfied with any of them. Kaih Was very experienced and compassionate. It's been about 8 years since I've had a massage and I was a little nervous going in. Stefanie was beyond awesome, she made me feel comfortable and released pain I've been holding for way too long. I'm a breast cancer survivor and I had a bilateral mastectomy so I've been super hesitant to even get a massage because laying on my stomach really isn't a thing, they had a bolster that accommodated being on my belly and it was the first time I've comfortably been on my stomach since surgery. I'd recommend her a million times over and I've already got two more appointments booked with her. I really appreciate everything about my experience this evening.

I’ve visited Massage Envy locations all across the country, and the Salt Lake City location at 2236 S 1300 E stands out as one of the best. It’s easy to book appointments through their app, and every time I arrive, the check-in process is quick and friendly. The space is spotless, calm, and run with real professionalism. I’ve now been in three times and have worked exclusively with Fernando, who gives an absolutely exceptional massage. I prefer a firm-to-deep level of pressure, and Fernando’s touch is spot-on—he’s incredibly intuitive about finding tension points and really working through them. He also checks in throughout the session to make sure the pressure and focus areas feel right. If you’re looking for a therapist who combines skill, attentiveness, and genuine care, I can’t recommend Fernando enough. I’ll definitely be coming back.
